Important Notice

All minors (under 18 years of age) who are not accompanied by a parent must have a registration form that is completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian. If the parent/guardian will not be present, the parent/guardian may complete the online waiver, or have the minor bring in a paper registration form completed by the parent/guardian.
