Terms & Policies
At Carabiner Indoor Climbing, safety, respect, and community are at the core of everything we do. By entering our facility, purchasing a pass, or holding a membership, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Safety & Conduct
Safety is our top priority. All climbers and guests must follow staff instructions, posted rules, and required safety protocols at all times.
All new climbers must complete staff-led First Climber Protocol training before using any climbing areas.
We require climbers to use Grigri belay devices. No other belay devices are permitted. Grigris are available for rent at the front desk.
Climbing is an inherently serious activity. We reserve the right to revoke belay privileges and/or restrict climbing access if safety rules are not being followed.
Staff may intervene at any time to correct unsafe behavior. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of privileges without refund.
Age & Supervision Policies
Guests must be 16 years or older to use cardio and weightlifting equipment.
Children under 14 must be directly supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the facility.
Additional youth program rules may apply during camps, parties, classes, and team sessions.
Day Pass Policy
Day passes are valid for the entire day. Guests may leave and re-enter as needed during business hours on the same day.

General Policies
Following the dress code, wearing proper climbing attire and using climbing gear appropriately is required at all times.
Guests may use personal climbing gear; however, staff reserve the right to inspect all personal gear for condition and safety and restrict any gear deemed unsafe. Climbing shoes, belay devices and harnesses are available for rent.
No alcohol or drugs permitted on premise. Climbing privileges may be restricted if you are suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Carabiner reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual for unsafe behavior, rule violations, or disruptive conduct.
